For 30 years I have provided my clients in the real estate, mortgage lending and construction industries with high quality legal services, practical advice and well thought out solutions for their business and real estate law matters.

In my practice, I emphasize the importance of anticipating potential problems and taking proactive steps to avoid litigation.

When litigation is unavoidable, I represent my clients in jury and bench trials as well as arbitrations, mediations, administrative hearings, appeals and writ of mandate proceedings.

My years and depth of experience allow me to represent clients in a broad array of transactional and litigation matters ranging from basic contract drafting and entity formation to the litigation of complex real estate, employment, trademark, regulatory enforcement actions, and business and construction disputes.  

I am a graduate from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, and am admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of California.
